A is for Adorable

Dear Tutu,

I did a lot of different things this week.  I spent my first night with Cookie at her house while Mommy and Daddy went to a class.  On Tuesday I went with Mommy and Daddy to vote then had dinner with Aunt Jen, Fiona and Annabel.
Daddy started reading to me before I go to bed for the night.
Mommy caught me sleeping like this.  I may look like I had a stressful day but I actually like to rub my own head to soothe myself to sleep.  Some nights I don't even need my binkie.
I love playing on my mat and knocking down the block towers Mommy builds around me.
I also love when Daddy tickles me on my tummy.
On Sunday, we took Grandpa Rick to dinner at Cracker Barrel.  They have this awesome seat attachment that allows baby carriers to sit securely to a regular chair.  No upside down high chair or extra sling needed.
Aunty Nikki, Uncle Dave and Reese gave me a gift card and Mommy bought this cute penguin outerwear for me.  It's a little too big for me right now but I'm sure I'll grow right into it in no time!
Since the weather is changing, the air at home is getting dry so Mommy and Daddy bought me my own humidifier to use when I sleep at night.  I no longer wheeze in the mornings.
Good night everyone!

Meeting Maya

Dear Tutu,

We went to a Jewish bagel brunch today.  I met Aunt Tammy, Daddy's step-sister, Uncle Dustin and Maya.  She's like a cousin to me, 5 months older and a very happy baby girl.  I can't wait to play with her one day soon.  I just want to take a nap.

Love, Alia

Meeting Kyle

Dear Tutu,

Today I met my new friend Kyle.  He loves football and the Ohio State University team.  He likes me too, wanting to hold and hug me and give me kisses.  Does that make him my boyfriend?

Love, Alia
p.s. That's Aunt Tina holding me. Bear and Brutus wanted to meet me too.

p.s.s. Daddy thought it would be fun to dress me up in the rival school.  Uncle Mikey was not very happy but he wanted to hold me anyway because I'm too adorable.
Good night!
